Hearing Aids

Several peer reviewed research articles have shown that hearing loss can lead to an increased risk of falls for older adults. Individuals with hearing loss frequently report experiencing depression, anxiety, and stress due to increased difficulty communicating with others, particularly in background noise. Furthermore, numerous research studies have demonstrated that hearing loss is associated with higher incidence of dementia in older adults.1 At Eastern Shore Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic we understand the importance of hearing in your daily life activities. We strive to improve your quality of life and allow you to live with unlimited possibilities. As such, we offer a 60-day trial period with hearing amplification devices which are programmed specifically for you with your hearing test results. We also have access to a variety of Assistive Listening Devices to aid with communication based on your listening needs.

We also offer Bone Anchored Hearing Aid solutions as well as Cochlear Implant consultations for individuals that would benefit from devices other than traditional hearing aids.
